Carttera's Joshua Creek Corporate Centre recently leased 9,400 square feet to CBI. CBI Founded as a single site in 1982, CBI Health Group today operates an extensive network of over 165 community health care centres and related health care services. With more than 4700 clinical and support staff, CBI HG offers services in physiotherapy, occupational, exercise and behavioural therapies, as well as physician, chiropractic, nursing, speech, massage, home health and eldercare. Joshua Creek Corporate Centre Phase One, now 90% leased, is a new three building, campus style, flexible office development with great rates, new transit routes & improved access, superior QEW signage, ample parking and is available for immediate occupancy. JOSHUA CREEK CORPORATE CENTRE PHASE 2 WILL BE AVAILABLE IN 2015.
